PrideStaff is seeking a Customer Service Representative for one of our clients located in Wheat Ridge, CO
Job summary:
The Customer Service Representative’s primary responsibility is to provide world class customer service and excel at zero customer disappointments. The Customer Service Representative will build on-going relationships with our customers, our account managers, and our other operational employees and management.
Summary of essential job functions:
The Customer Service Representative’s primary responsibilities include:
1) Answer incoming calls.
2) Assist walk-in customers.
3) Assist the customer with all product needs.
4) Billing and credit card functions.
5) Assist in warehouse as needed.
6) Work with account managers and management to insure 1 st class customer service.
7) Actively pursue training opportunities in order to gain additional knowledge and expertise of products, applications and industries.
8) Continually learn about clients’ business needs and cultures in order to better assist their needs.
9) Ability to manage time appropriately and work independently.
10) Actively share ideas and communicate information with all team members with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
11) Must be detail oriented and consistently complete appropriate tasks within process functions.

Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required if you possess the qualities and work ethic necessary for success.
