Home Instead Senior Care is looking for a Billing and Payroll Specialist/Office Assistant to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community.  Home Instead Senior Care provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion. This position requires 1 year experience using a Billing computer software application (Quickbooks, etc.), Automated Payroll submission (Paychex, PayTime, etc.) and MS Office Suite (WORD, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).    

Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Billing
  • Payroll
  • Quickbooks 
  • Answer Business Phones
  • Miscellaneous Office tasks
Requirements: 
  • Ability to complete the Billing cycle 2 times monthly
  • Ability to complete the Payroll cycle 2 times monthly 
  • Ability to maintain the Business financial information on Quickbooks
  • ​Ability to learn new computer software
  • Ability to communicate with clients and coworkers in a friendly and congenial manner
  • Ability to work Independently
  • Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance.
