Title: Retail Auditor
Location: Cookeville, TN
Start Date: August 10th
End Date: August 21st
Compensation: $25 per completed mystery shop
PURPOSE
The main purpose of this position is to represent one of our top tiered American Financial Institute within our Consumer and Loyalty division. The position will require you travel to different store locations to complete merchandising audits as a Mystery Shopper.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work in a store as a Mystery Shopper to complete audits
Remain discreet at all times when conducting mystery shops
Ensure all notes are documented while in store
Report back to Supervisor
Travel to different store locations
SKILLS
Willing to learn
Results-oriented and comfortable in a store environment
Organized, punctual and a positive work attitude
Highly energetic, motivated and an excellent communicator
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as a team
Professional aptitude towards building and maintaining client relationships and satisfaction
Customer focused and reliable
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be able to work flexible hours; including weekends
Must have access to a vehicle
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be willing and able to travel to different store locations
Completion of highschool
Customer service experience an ASSET
Sales experience an ASSET
