Position Summary:

The Finance Manager Internal Reporting, Credit and Collections – OTC and RTR is responsible for supervising the day to day operations in areas associated with the Order to Cash Process and performing roles related to managing the Record to Report process for the US central finance team. This role would also entail coordination and collaboration with the Global Business Services (GBS) team in a timely and efficient manner.

The candidate would be a member of the Center of Excellence team that is being instituted to standardize, streamline and continuously improve the finance processes within Organization.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Trade Debtors


o Supervise day to day activities of OTC – Analyst

o Subject Matter Expert of the Trade Debtors and AR Factoring process within all US based products
  • Record to Report


o Financial Planning, Reporting and Analysis
  • Coordination of Annual Budget process for US Group
  • Review and oversight of consolidated audit pack
  • Review consolidated monthly MIS and NIS reports
  • Assist as needed with audits - internal and external
  • Assist in preparation of US statutory reporting
  • Assist with preparation of Standard Operating Procedures for US and GBS groups
  • Oversight of Master Data maintenance
  • Consolidated ADHOC reporting and analysis

    Qualifications/ Education/Experience/Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail, strong sense of urgency and ownership
    • Excellent ability to work well in a team oriented environment
    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field, strongly preferred
    • Proficiency in SAP
    • Strong ability to learn system applications quickly and proficiently
