Recruiting Assistant - PrideStaff - Tempe Team

We are growing quickly and we need another team member to assist our team in locating Top Talent in the valley for our clients and daily administrative functions.

Qualified candidates will need to have excellent customer service skills, great verbal and written communications skills and be able to live our Mission Statement when interacting with internal and external customers. This individual will need to have strong computer skills, ability to navigate the internet and our internal software system.

Responsibilities include:
  • Confirming Interviews
  • Sourcing Talent
  • Screening Talent for current open positions
  • Conducting Orientation
  • Completing References
  • Greeting Candidates/Customers
  • Provide Administrative support to our Talent/Clients
  • Administrative Support to the Internal team

    The ideal candidate for the Recruiting Assistant possess the following skills and or characteristics:
    • Two years proven experience in a professional environment.
    • Ability to resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
    • Experience with Gmail.
    • College degree preferred but not required
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
