Position Summary:
Will receive and deposit incoming checks and scan information into our Liberty System. Also is considered primary backup to the Accounts Payable Scanner.
This Sysco Seattle position is located in Kent , WA .
Responsibilities:
Receives and deposits incoming checks Will cover time off for Accounts Payable Scanner whenever necessary Scans information into Liberty System Will cover other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma, GED, or 5 years related experience
Minimum 1 year of high volume cash handling and processing experience Ability to apply company policies and procedures. Ability to resolve routine problems and questions independently. Good oral and written communication skills with ability to furnish information to others requesting status. Ability to handle high volume, fast faced production with professional composure. Proactively resolves problems. Understands team dynamics and works well within team structure

Planning and Organizing: Establishes clear actions for self and others to ensure duties are completed efficiently and on time; Effectively communicates changes and progress; Arranges information and files in a useful manner.
Communication: Communicates well both verbally and in writing; Shares information appropriately and timely; Has good listening skills.
