Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide client services inside major retail chains
- Analyze customers' entertainment and internet services and provide them with savings solutions
- Provide customer support for Customers and Clients
- Account management for existing Customers and Clients
- Ongoing training on current and new telecommunications technology
