Upscale restaurant is looking for energetic staff with great customer service skills and lots of common sense.
SERVERS AND BARTENDERS
Must have a minimum of two years of experience
POS knowledge required (micros, aloha. etc.)
Full liquor/wine knowledge.
Must be organized, have the ability to multitask, and work well under pressure.
Prior restaurant/fine dining experience preferred.
Must be available to work nights/weekends/holidays
HOSTESS/HOST
Restaurant experience is required.
Must be organized, have the ability to multitask, and work well under pressure.
Prior restaurant/fine dining experience preferred.
Must be available to work nights/weekends/holidays
Open-table is a plus.
Duties:
-Responsible for representing the "face" of our restaurant, maintain our high standard of service excellence, while providing guests with TOTAL GUEST INDULGENCE.-Greeting/Seating Guests, Maintaining reservations using OPEN TABLE, answering phones, etc.
Sous Chef
Experience of at least 2 years leading a kitchen.
