Due to internal promotion, Glenwood Center, a 125-bed skilled nursing facility located in Florence, Alabama seeks our next leader to serve as Nursing Home Administrator. Glenwood Center offers short-stay rehabilitation and long-term care. Glenwood Center is on a campus with two Senior Living buildings, Hilltop at Glenwood I and II, with 16-units each. Glenwood Center has a history of excellence with a 5-star CMS rating and deficiency-free Department of Health survey in April 2015 POSITION SUMMARY: The Administrator is responsible for planning and is accountable for all activities and departments of the HealthCare Center subject to rules and regulations promulgated by government agencies to ensure proper health care services to customers. The Administrator administers, directs, and coordinates all activities of the Center to assure that the highest degree of quality of care is consistently provided to the customers.
