About this job
Part time position for two 10 hour days; for certain Wednesdays-the other day TBD.
Completes chart prep for upcoming appointments, insuring all test results and records are available for provider. Completes patient health history in Electronic Medical Record. Completes Intake on patients at their appointment after they check in, preparing them for the provider. Displays good decision making skills. Has knowledge of anatomy and proficient in medical terminology. Is able to multi task. May be exposed to bodily fluids during patient care with dressing changes, suture/staple removals. Friendly, professional and able to keep a fast pace during clinicals. Ortho experience desired.
Education:
High School or GED
Licenses/Certifications:
Medical Assistant certification
American Heart Association BLS
