The Sous Chef holds a junior management position within the kitchen department, reporting to the Sr. Sous Chef and Executive Chef. Responsible for executing day to day operations of Goldfinch tavern with emphasis on lunch and dinner. Assists with ordering, training, menu execution and development, etc.
