About this job


In support of the teams goals of motivating and educating employees, this position will be responsible for managing internal communications and its channels. Serve as one of the primary communications contacts with business units across the company. Develop strategic communications including change management plans and support the integration of new programs/services. Act as community manager for the companys social business platform including the management and maintenance of the site and communities.Develop and execute strategic communications and plans including change communication plans. Serve as a primary contact on internal communications efforts supporting key business initiatives.Serve as subject matter expert for the companys social business platform by managing and maintaining the platform. Develop and implement plans to increase usage across all audiences. Coordinate with technology to troubleshoot, upgrade and enhance platform.Develop written content for DLife and other companywide communications channels.Develop strategy and provide counsel to business partners in order to help them achieve their business unit goals.Proactively develop and maintain productive relationships with internal stakeholders within all business units.Promote a risk aware culture, ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:5-10 years of work experience in communications, internal communications or corporate communications, preferably in a corporate settingEducation: BAPC Skills: Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop
