As a Finance Senior Analyst at PepsiCo, you will be a key Finance contact responsible for providing the financial expertise and recommendations that enable effective decision-making within the business. Working on the Commercial Finance Beverages Planning Team, the Financial Senior Analyst will be one of the key Finance contacts for Gatorade Sales Strategy and Sales Finance. The Finance Senior Analyst will provide support for period end close, preparation of forecasts, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), along with financial analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities include:
Reporting and analysis, including period-end close reporting and forecast analysis
Partnering with Sales Strategy and Sales Finance to identify customer-level gaps to AOP and evaluate investment opportunities
Supporting development of customer-level AOP targets, including detailed drivers of growth
Working with Revenue Management, FP&A, and Trade Management teams to understand and communicate drivers of financial and in-market performance
Supporting ad-hoc projects and analysis as requested
Education/Certification:
Bachelor's Degree Required (Finance or Business Administration preferred)
Work Experience:
4 - 5 years of finance analyst experience
Skills & Capabilities:
Experience with forecasting and budgeting, financial modeling
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes
Ability to function well in a team environment
Strong communication skills to manage information gathering requests
Results oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications
Aptitude to work with minimal supervision
