Bartender

Uses SERVICE EXCELLENCE in relating to Guests. Sells and serves food and beverages in the Lounge. Prepares and dispenses alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for all Guests in the bar and dining room. Responsible for setting up and maintaining bar cleanliness and environment, and ensuring a safe atmosphere for Guests and Team Members. Engages Guests with strong interpersonal skills. Performs duties in a personable, conscientious and professional manner to ensure Guest satisfaction.

Position Requirements:

• Legal age
• Previous experience or equivalent training
• Good people skills, able to communicate and work well with others
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
