Job Responsibilities:
- Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries.
- Records details about customer inquiries. Helps resolve complicated customer complaints.
- Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution.
- Review and work assigned requests to ensure accuracy and that all required documents are included in the request.
- Research errors and or discrepancies as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Good communication skills for both written and verbal.
- Pay Rate: $16/hr.
- Length of contract: Five months
- Location: Dallas, TX 75254
