About this job
Valets are responsible for the parking and retrieval of a guest's vehicle. Before taking the vehicle, the valet assesses and documents any vehicle damage. The valet records the location of the parking space as well as the number on the valet ticket.
Duties may also include providing instructions to guests on how to check and claim the vehicle, provide travel directions and information on events and promotions, provide accurate and timely documentation and department activity reports.
