Persons in this position must meet the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau loan originator qualification requirements and must comply with Wells Fargo policies related to these requirements. The loan originator qualification requirements include meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, credit fitness and criminal background standards. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening. Must have the ability to obtain the following licenses within 120 days: state life insurance license; Series 7 and 66 or 7 and 63 FINRA licenses; Series 65 FINRA license where required by the state in which the position is located. This position requires S.A.F.E. registration at the time of employment. The Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) website (mortgage.nationwidelicensingsystem.org) provides the MU4R questions and registration required for employment in this position. We are hiring into the Unlicensed Regional Bank Private Banker position in order to enable those in this position to obtain the necessary licensure for, and transition into, the Licensed Regional Bank Private Banker position.
