Position Overview: Must accurately preform all functions of a material handler/Marker.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To receive, lift, putaway, pick, pack, mark, sort and ship merchandise in a safe, productive and accurate manner. Associates will be cross-trained in multiple areas.
Ability to key accurately and productively using PC's, hand-held computers or other such devices.
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures and safety/security guidance.
Adhere to conveyor lock-out procedures and clear jams on elevated conveyor systems
Properly label each item
Sort item to the correct carton
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Must be able to identify and/or differentiate product based on color, size, brand, etc.
Must be able to effectively communicate with managers and co-workers
Requirements:
Safety Conscious
Flexible and adaptable to change.
Team Player
Ability to understand and communicate directions regarding Standard Operating Procedures and security & safety guidelines.
Meet productivity and accuracy standards
Ability to lift 50 - 75lbs
Education and/or Experience:
Prior DC experience
Knowledge of personal computers
General understanding of warehouse technology and systems
Other Desired Qualities:
Safety oriented
General knowledge of DC operations

Lift, move, and push merchandise and cartons weighing 50lbs. on a regular basis.
