About this job
We are in search of a self motivated individual with a strong work ethic. Must be well experienced in commercial building maintenance and organized, have people skills, and able to prioritize and multi task.
Duties include but not limited to:
-This person will be responsible for the upkeep of the building and general maintenance work.
-Work independently as well as assist the chief building engineer
-Complete maintenance request made by the management office
-Minor electrical work; replacing ballasts and light bulbs
-Able to use and read an electrical meter
-Repair plumbing; sinks, urinal, toilet, and drains etc.
Also must be able to do:
-Minor drywall and paint repairs
-Snow removal
-Trash removal
-The occasional moving of furniture
