Overview:
Performs various clerical and administrative duties for the manufacturing as necessary .
Responsibilities:
Performs various administrative duties to support the maintenance department. Generates and inputs PM's and work orders in the JDE. Generates and distributes various reports as needed. Assists in data entry on MRO inventory system to establish new parts and adjustments for the min/max. Creates maintenance work orders. May provide backup PM Planner/Scheduler as needed. Update and keep up with maintenance related documentations ( mechanical / electrical manuals, safety follow ups, etc). Schedule maintenance related meetings, trainings as need that come through the maint. Manager. Follows standard operating and safety procedures. Keeps manager informed of any problem areas. Keep maint. Department office in order and organized. Performs other related duties as requires.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent experience
2 years of clerical / office experience preferably in a Maintenance Department
Ability to read and understand procedures in English. Effective communication skills, listening skills, attention to
details, and ability to organize and retrieve information. Ability to perform basic mathematical computations. Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processors
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand , use hands and reach with hands and arms. The
associate is required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The associate may sit, climb or balance, talk or hear. Reasonable accommodations may be made to
