Finance Assistant If you have accounts payable experience, and are excited at the possibility of putting that experience to use with a leading company, then this is an opportunity to consider! Our client in Hollis is looking to add a Finance Assistant to its wonderful team! Your duties may include: *Accounts payable *Purchase orders *Invoice payments *Communicating with internal contacts to manage the work flow *Assisting with other clerical functions as needed The successful candidate will: *Have prior accounts payable experience *Be proficient in Excel, and have experience with SAP & Kronos (preferred) *Have strong time management skills *Work well under pressure *Be able to communicate in a positive, effective manner *Have a willingness and desire to accept additional tasks as needed This is a full time, long term position with an 8am-4:30pm schedule.
