Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Full Time. Tempe, AZ

Overview:

Responsible for reviewing, investigating, and determining action to be taken for all data in fraud queues for proprietary accounts, as well as other assigned duties.The salary range for this position is $13.00 to $15.50 per hour DOE.

Essential Functions:

• Take inbound phone calls.
• Perform outbound fraud verification.
• Regular, dependable attendance & punctuality.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Communication Skills:

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Other Skills:

• Excellent communication skills; good analytical skills; good decision-making abilities.

Work Hours:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
