Position Title: Greeter

Reports To: Service Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Meet and greet customers on the Service drive

- Address our client s needs and questions professionally and promptly

- Run customers, as a courtesy, to wherever it is they made need to go

- Other various tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

- Team oriented

- Professional personal appearance

- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in fast-paced work environment

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven record of positive Customer Service

- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A.

- Valid driver s license with good driving record

- Background check and pre-employment drug test will be required

- Evenings and Saturdays may be required

Other Requirements:

Attention to detail, patience, positive attitude and excellent communication skills, professionalism a must.
