Key Responsibilities include:
* Performing general cleaning assignments in apartments, hallways, and common areas to present the community in a positive and impressive manor
* Participating in annual cleaning schedules
* Light housekeeping for senior apartments including vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning floor and countertops, dusting open surfaces, cleaning bathrooms and removing trash
* Preparing apartments for move-in as assigned
* Utilizing cleaning chemicals properly and safely in accordance with department guidelines
* Interacting with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner, providing directions as requested

We seek the following qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED
* 1 year of previous housekeeping experience
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Task-oriented with proficient time management skills
* Must be able to pass a drug screen, background check and must meet all health requirements (including TB)
* Flexible with schedule; must be able to work every other weekend
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
