Key responsibilities include:





* Cleaning residents' apartments and public spaces, including sweeping, dusting, vacuuming and mopping





* Preparing apartments for move-in as assigned





* Utilizing cleaning chemicals properly and safely in accordance with department guidelines





* Informing supervisor of any pertinent resident issues or concerns

We seek the following qualifications:





* High School diploma or GED





* Previous experience helpful, but not required





* Hard-working and dedicated





* Ability to complete tasks in a timely, effective and efficient manner





* Must be able to pass a drug screen, background check and must meet all health requirements (including TB)





* Flexibility with schedule - availability for day, evening, holiday and weekend shifts is required





* Must enjoy working with the Senior Population
