An expanding farm equipment dealership in Southern Idaho is in search of a sharp and reliable bookkeeper.At least 5 years of general accounting experience is required.Strong MS Excel skills are a must.
TITLE: BOOKKEEPER
POSITION TYPE: FULL TIME- PERMANENT
LOCATION: HEYBURN, IDAHO
SALARY: $17-19/ HOUR
WORK HOURS: M-F | 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
Key Responsibilities:
? Prepare monthly journal entries and general ledgers
? Review cash receipts and accounts payable batches
? Verify general ledger coding
? Ensure accurate and timely payments and posting
? Perform month-end and year-end closing
? Generate monthly financial statements
? Ensure accurate accrual, billing and reporting
? Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
? Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations
? Assist with financial analysis and budget preparation/implementation
? Assist in preparing audit schedules
Requirements:
? At least 5 years of general accounting with general ledger experience
? Accounting or finance related degree
? Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office
? Keystone - DIS experience a plus
? Strong MS Excel skills
? Excellent communication and analytical skills
