Retail Sales Associate

Hickory Farms has an opportunity for a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to create the memorable retail experience that has come to define the Hickory Farms tradition of quality and excellence. The Sales Associate is responsible for approaching and greeting each and every customer. Sales Associates will offer samples of our quality products and provide outstanding customer service so as to maximize sales and increase customer loyalty. Sales Associates can take advantage of receiving their paychecks on a weekly basis, as well as generous employee discounts on all products! Responsibilities of the Seasonal Retail Sales Associate include but are not limited to:

• Primarily responsible for engaging, sampling, and selling to customers
• Maintain a friendly and inviting customer-first atmosphere
• Achieves personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team
• Performs all other tasks and duties assigned by the Store Manager to support the needs of the business

Requirements of the Seasonal Retail Sales Associate include:

• A high school diploma or GED
• A background in retail or customer service
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must have a passion for people and loyalty to the Hickory Farms brand
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
