Line Cook (PM) - Full-time / Part-time

The Gallerie Bar & Bistro Restaurant inside of the beautiful, Connie Award winning Hilton Columbus Downtown is looking for experienced line cooks to join their team. As a line cook you will be preparing award-winning menu items for the Gallerie under the leadership of Executive Chef, Bill Glover.

What will I be doing?
Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Prepare hot and cold food items according to designated recipes and quality standards. (please see our full menu on OpenTable.com)

• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times

• Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner

• Ensure knowledge of menu and food products

• Stock and maintain designated food stations(s)

• Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen

• Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
