About this job

Administrative Assistant needed. Duties to include clerical functions - answering the phone, sorting mail, entering registrations, preparing detailed reports and information requests, packaging and mailing orders. Must be extremely professional, have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to multi-task. Must have a Bachelor's Degree and must have excellent Excel and MS Word skills. Adobe, InDesign and Photoshop preferred. Associate will also assist with set-up for conferences and registration tables. Some travel is required and an impeccable driving record is necessary. Must be available to work some Saturdays.
