Job Type: Full Time Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with a minimum of 5 years experience in Call Center Analysis. The Senior Consultant will support the investigation of business needs and understanding of underlying processes to gather and interpret data within the Med D CD&A and Aetna CD lines of business. This individual will support the business modeling process, including short and long term financial modeling and production planning as well as reporting of operational and financial performance. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all daily, weekly and monthly reporting and analysis.

Building strong working relationships and delivering on individual commitments will be critical to the success of these roles. Candidates should possess proven analytical and critical-thinking skills as well as a track record Required Qualifications:

Develop Access databases, complex SQL queries and stored procedures

* Develop, design and generate call enter reports for end users taking highly complex information and producing user-friendly reports.

* Identify and develop appropriate performance measurement tools.

* Perform quality assurance on all reports to ensure data integrity and consistency.

* Distribute and communicate operational and financial performance to key business stakeholders.

* Assist with Tactical and Strategic financial modeling and production planning

* Work collaboratively with groups across various geographies and time zones, including but not limited to Operations & Finance, to coordinate timelines to meet Senior Management and Corporate deliverables. Partner with these groups to provide value-add analysis to the business leaders.

* Perform ad-hoc analysis, as needed.

* A minimum of 5 years experience in Call Center Analysis & Reporting (previous PBM experience strongly preferred).

* Experience with analyzing highly complex data and producing meaningful and user-friendly reports

* Experience with budgeting and forecasting systems, assumptions and conventions.

* Strong technical skills, including Access/SQL, Excel & other MS Office applications;

* MS Visual Studio development & troubleshooting

* Data mining/warehousing

* Attention to detail; strong drive to ensure the integrity of underlying data & reports.

* Strong communication and presentation skills.

* Ability to multitask and prioritize within a fast paced environment.
