RN Flex Tier 1 - Critical Care

This position requires floating to various units within St. Mary's Hospital, offers higher flat rates and qualified applicants must have at least two years of RN experience with at least two areas of clinical competency. JOB REQUIREMENTS The RN Flex Team requires the following commitments: 1. Graduate of accredited school of nursing. 2. Current Virginia RN license 3. 2 or more years clinical nurse experience required in a variety of nursing units 4. CPR certification required. 5. ACLS preferred. Certifications required in specialty care units 16 hours per 4 week schedule 1 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule One summer and one winter holiday An essential function of this position is to comply with BSHSI Policy (SYS.HR.NUR.001) which requires, as a condition of employment, that all registered nurses with diplomas or associate degrees who apply and are hired after May 1, 2015 complete a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree within five years of start date.
