REQUIRED:
Bachelors degree in marketing, economics, statistics, or related business field.
At least two years related experience, including analytical or market research experience
Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot table)

PREFERRED:
Masters degree in marketing, economics, statistics, or related business field
Previous experience in a large truck manufacturing company
Knowledge in Oracle Hyperion and/or IBM Cognos
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint (Think Cell)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support sales and marketing corporate reporting processes in all planning related aspects.
Support the sales forecasting process and reporting for the use of Senior Management and the Sales & Marketing Organization. Prepare and distribute the daily, weekly and monthly reporting of market information to Senior Management, client AG and external industry sources as defined by reporting schedule. Develop and implement methods to continually refine and improve reporting processes and tools.
Manage reporting Tools (New Truck Tools, Sales Performance Tool, Marketing reporting Tool, Cognos)
Assist Sales Departments with ad-hoc reports as required
Collect and analyze internal sales performance data and external industry and economic marketing information, market trends and competitive performance statistics to measure and predict client market and performance trends.
Support the ongoing development and maintenance of Freightliner marketing data bases and the long-term truck and major components forecasting tool. Work with external vendors and provide programming and analysis support. Train internal users on the tools functionality
