Gap Inc.’s Rotational Management Program:
Looking to own results and push limits in a fast-paced environment?

Gap Inc.’s CEO, Art Peck, has predicted that the apparel industry will change more over the next five years than it has in the previous 20. In order to stay current with the rapidly transforming landscape, we are dramatically shifting the way we bring product to market- from design and production all the way through distribution and on to our customers. As part of this effort, we are continually evolving our entry level Rotational Management Program. If you have the grit and curiosity to learn our complex, constantly changing business, a great attitude, and most importantly, a passion for our brands and industry, this is an exciting opportunity to jump-start your career with a global fashion leader.

Based in our San Francisco headquarters, the training exposes you to our end-to-end process of how we deliver brand-right, high-quality, on trend product that our customers value through hands-on experience in running our business and understanding the Gap Inc. culture. The experience includes cross-brand rotations in core product pipeline functions of Inventory Management, Merchandising, and Production. You’ll learn about the product creation processes of aesthetic, manufacturing, quality, fit and fabric, as well as the commercial offering practices of seasonal product strategies, competitive analysis, pricing, sales forecasting and inventory planning, and see it all come to life through the digital and in store experience. In addition to ownership of day-to-day business, classroom training will be provided and special projects will be assigned that allow you to directly influence the business and interact with senior leaders.

Are you interested in being a part of this amazing experience? We are looking for candidates who are flexible enough to adapt as our business changes. During the 9 month training plan, you’ll get a set of goals and a structured training plan, plus ongoing coaching, feedback and support. Oh, and this full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits.
