Analyst Workforce Planning
The Analyst Workforce Planning will design/develop, publish, distribute, and maintain scheduled, ad-hoc client, and operational reports relating to headcount capacity, workforce deployment, and hiring needs of the business. This position is responsible for analyzing the day-to-day information needs for field management, talent acquisition, sales, and client services teams. Evaluate technology applications for use by the user community and provides operational analysis utilized for decision making and project management support.
