Become a key contributor to United Healthcare's Clinical Transformation division within Clinical Services. The Clinical Transformation division drives several key ‘Blue Chip' initiatives for United Health Group including ACO's, Medical Homes and the Patient Centered Care Model.
The two key functions within this role are as follows:
This Program Lead will lead the program development team within the Clinical Transformation function, supporting multiple lines of business (E&I and M&R). This team will drive the development and installation of market and practice facing programs and determine the need for, procure and develop necessary human and capital resources, as well as develop the process for deployment of such. They will also operate programs to achieve success measures. This role will provide visibility and aid in developing relationships with regional senior leaders and line of businesses leadership to support new programs.
Additionally, this role will functionally oversee business operations coordination to support peer functions for this growing division within United Clinical Services. Business operations will include development, installation and operation of processes to develop and distribute financial targets to programs and markets. This role will be responsible for end to end management of new programs from inception through to post deployment support.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
4 year degree
5 years healthcare experience
5 years clinical program operations experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree MBA, MPH, MSN
Team or project management experience
IT/Portal experience
