Manpower is currently recruiting for a Customer Solutions Representative position for one of our clients in Pontiac, Michigan!

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responds to and diagnose software, hardware, and network problems for end-users by telephone, email, or chat
  • Will manage problem recognition through targeted questioning, research, isolation, and use of specifically developed troubleshooting processes or flow diagrams
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Technical aptitude/computer literacy, including familiarity with Windows, Office applications, and Internet browsers, as well as basic computer terminology
  • Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve customer issues using available tools and resources
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and demonstrate time management skills
  • Ability to use telephone and computer systems to respond to customer inquiries

  • Length of Contract: One year
