Construction Project Estimator - Full-time / Part-time

Job Description:
Work will be handed to the Estimator from the PM
Crunching numbers to find cost per sq. ft.
Making calls to subcontractors getting their estimates and bids
Presentation to owners (1/mo)

Work Environment:
95% of work is in the office
Salaried position, 40-50 hours a week

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Commercial General Contractor doing estimating/bidding work
Bachelor's Degree in Construction management/engineering or related field
Estimated a $5+ million job

Additional Compensation:
No travel necessary but if so, then the travel will be reimbursed.
