Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is working to fill an exciting, new, immediate opening. We are working on behalf of an established organization in the Wilkes-Barre/Plains, PA area to locate 2 Full Time Customer Service Representatives. Hours are Monday through Friday 11:00AM - 7:30PM.

This is a 6 month contract to hire position. It is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with this established organization.

This Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering inbound calls from current customers and agents regarding billing, claims, policy questions, general customer service questions and returning calls. This CSR may also be responsible for issuing policies and going over premiums.

Qualified candidates should meet the following criteria:

- 1+ year of recent/current experience in Customer Service

- High school diploma/GED required (Bachelor's or Associate's Degree Preferred)

- Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook
