Aerotek is hiring for a Field Support Manager or Superintendent to work on a large scale solar field in Utah. The candidate is responsible for the Authorized Installer (SAI) network of partners and the staff managing a national network of residential photovoltaic system installers.
The Manager's primary areas of focus are on matching installer network capacity to sales volume, reducing overall installation cycle times, reducing installation labor costs via product and practice innovations, and safely delivering high-quality installations.
Salary is $80,000 to $100,000 per year
Experience Required:
- 2+ years of commercial or construction superintendent experience
- 1+ year of experience on solar field projects
