Job Summary
Responsible for sales plan goals. Make outbound sales calls, activating and reactivating accounts, verifying customer data, informing customers and prospects with value proposition information. Trains and mentors others.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
- Make outbound sales calls for the purpose of converting, penetrating or retaining existing or new accounts.
- Responsible to profitably growing sales to achieve yearly sales growth goals as a sales consultant through the development of relationships with emphasis on solutions for current core industries and emerging industries and markets.
- Conduct training.
- Identify large business opportunities and work with sales management to close deals.
- Complete daily or weekly sales reports as assigned.
- Assist in collecting updated information on accounts (contact names, phone #s, etc) and database management.


Nature and Scope
- Refers complex, unusual problems to supervisor.
- Under general supervision, exercises some judgment in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, techniques. Work typically involves regular review of output by a senior co worker or supervisor.

Work Environment
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about.
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
- No travel required.


Minimum Qualifications
- Must be eighteen years of age
- Must pass the Drug Test
- Must pass the Background Check
- Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable


Education and Experience
- HS Diploma or GED required. Specialized skills training/certification may be required. Generally 2 - 5 years of experience in area of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in business to business sales.

Additional Qualifying Criteria:
- Home office; desk, chair, proper lighting
- No noise – children must be in day care and proof must be provided quarterly. Pets must not be in the office area.
- No distractions – No TV during work hours
- Internet and phone connection capability with current service
- Currently an Inside Sales Rep with an existing portfolio in the Multi Family Vertical

- 90% or better to Sales and Part Margin Plan
- Positive portfolio growth
- No attendance points
- Not on a PIP
