Call Center Representatives (Inbound)

We have a opening for a Call Center Representatives (Inbound).

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Manpower, Inc. of SE Michigan is currently seeking candidates to work for a local call center in Ann Arbor, MI. These are full-time positions starting at $10 per hour. While they are temporary to start, candidates with great work performance may be eligible for hire after 90 days! Once hired, employees are paid based on commission and average $17 per hour, with the potential to earn upwards to $35 per hour! Two (2) shifts are available, working either 4am-12pm or 12pm-8pm. Candidates MUST be available to work EVERY Saturday and Sunday as well as up to three (3) days during the week (Monday-Friday). Job duties include, but are not limited to, working in an inbound call center environment answering phone calls, following a script, entering orders, upselling products, and processing payments via a credit card. Preferred qualifications: * A high school diploma or GED is required. * Good reading and phone skills is a must! * Positive, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude. * Basic computer skills - typing and using a mouse. * Previous experience working a call center environment is a plus, but not required!
