Aerotek Professional Services is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for our client in the downtown Pittsburgh area.

Qualifications:
- Problem solving ability
- Computer skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure and manage time well
- Patience, professionalism, good listening skills

This position will be responsible for recieving inbound customer service calls, main responsibilities include:
- Receive inbound phone calls from various customer profiles.
- Listen intently to what issues/concerns they need resolved.
- Excercise problem solving judgment in order to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
- Multi task with toggling between computer screens to log calls and answering calls at a fast pace.
