Village Operations is responsible for creating warm and welcoming first impressions to our guests by greeting them in various locations throughout the village. Village Operations positions provide information, directions, and product knowledge regarding village and resort services to guests throughout the day. They also offer expert advice regarding village services and activities, shopping, dining, and regional highlights.
The Village Services Skate Technition will be required to attend to the ice skates and properly sharpen the blades before the rinks opening, making sure that safety is our number one focus. It is crucial to execute all procudures carefully and attentively in order to become one step closer to Northstar's goal to zero safety incidents. The building and maintenience of the tools should be kept clean and neat according to protocol.

- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Able to work in all weather conditions.
- Able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Able to carry 50 lbs
- Must be able to speak fluent English.
