Make a difference for the Jackson Lake Lodge Employees as a member of the Employee Village Team!

Resident Coordinators serve as live-in staff members for the Employee Village. These individuals are responsible for the day to day operation and cleanliness of assigned employee dormitories as well as the recreation hall and the laundry facilities. Resident Coordnators actively participate in Employee Village programs and projects while upholding the company’s mission and core values. They serve as members of the departmental schedulingl rotation, become familiar with and implement departmental protocol and processes, and follow up on employees concerns as needed. Resident Coordinators also demonstrate knowledge of the company’s Envision management systems, policies and initiatives for Quality/Hospitality, Environmental, and Health and Safety.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Some college preferred
  • Should possess strong verbal communication skills to deal effectively with employees, supervisors, and management personnel
  • Ability to accurately maintain housing records, handle money, and perform administrative functions.
  • Should be able to handle Resident Coordinator-Employee relations on a confidential level
  • Knowledge of basic knowledge of housekeeping, maintenance and cleaning techniques


PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Prior houskeeping experience
