Essential Job Functions

To function as a team member within the Keystone Laundry Department. To maintain all laundry equipment and associated assets safe and in optimum working condition by utilizing the systems provided. Use skill-based knowledge to perform assigned tasks in a professional manner at all times with a constant focus on efficiency, quality of work and safety. People skills are essential and good communication is needed assets.

• Assure that the integrity of the resort assets is maintained.
• Assure all work performed conform to all applicable state and local codes.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs and complete per manufacturer guidelines and Hotsos system.
• Accurately and completely go through morning startup procedures for plant.
• Coordinate projects with sub-contractors when required.
• Order and maintain required parts for stock for critical equipment as necessary.
• Follow all safety procedures and alert supervisor to any unsafe conditions that may exist.
• Accurately and legibly complete and maintain logs as required by code or company policies (daily, weekly or monthly).
• Posses your own hand tools and keeps them in a safe functional manner at all times.
• Perform skilled mechanical/electrical work to troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain, repair all equipment to manufacturer specifications.
• Must be highly organized with focus on the laundry operation.
• Must have a knowledge of MSDA, EPA and OSHA
• Must be computer literate with a good understanding of emails and internet.
• Carry out equipment inspection and reports as necessary.
• Maintain a valid Colorado Drivers License.
• Be available to take on call for after hour work when required.
• Install, aligned and tension motors, and all associated equipment as required.
• Be knowledgeable with plumbing, sensors and electronic systems, electrical, controls including pneumatics and hydraulics
• Abide by all safety rules and regulations from corporate, State and Federal.
• Attend training classes for job specific skills.
• Maintain good attitude and people skills even during high-pressure situations.
• Other duties as assigned
