Park City is currently seeking Room Service Servers and In-Room Dining Attendants to work at our Hotel Properties for the 2015-2016 Winter Season!

Job Summaries:

The Room Service Server is responsible for doing floor sweeps to ensure the corridors and service elevator landings are free of room service tables, trays, dishes and amenities. They will also be responsible for maintaining linens – including sorting and obtaining linen from the linen room. They will be required to prepare amenities to specific requests in an accurate and timely manner. They will also proactively follow-up on all in-room dining experiences by checking on the satisfaction of the owner/guest and offering to remove tables and trays within two hours of delivering the order.

The In-Room Dining Attendant is responsible for accurately inputting all orders into the point of sale system, and communicating any special requests to the kitchen. This position correctly settles all checks to the proper account, and handles all table/tray set up – ensuring to pay special attention to cleanliness and proper presentation/position of settings. The In-Room Dining Attendant delivers all orders within the specified time frame given. Additionally, this person calls guests/owners by name and remains professional and competent while setting up the in-room dining presentation according to the brand standards.

Requirements:
  • A passion for guest service.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends.
  • Team player that will add to a fun collaborative environment.
  • Able to work the entire season (November 2015 – April 2016).
  • Some experience in guest service.
