Job Description: Program Manager

The Program Manager is primarily responsible for the projects and programs from its initial conception until product launch. They are also responsible for ensuring their Core Team's progress is on track to meet all deadlines.

The Program Manager should ideally have some experience with the product development processes of medical devices by either having 5 - 10 years of experience as an Extended Team Member or five years of experience as an Associate Program Manager - both with all phases in the project development cycle.

This candidate should have (but not required) experience working with cross-functional teams in several areas of the product development process such as Development, Manufacturing, Medical, Quality, Commercial, or Clinical / Regulatory processes

Work Environment:

This candidate is responsible for getting the program started which includes:

• Identifying resource allocation
• Setting up budget allocation
• Setting up project timelines

They will also be held accountable for communicating any key events or issues, as well as keeping others up to date on the project status.

Qualifications:

• Experience with product development in either medical device, pharmaceuticals, or consumer products
• At least ten years of experience as a Program Manager
• Bachelor's Degree (Preferably in Engineering)
• PMP Certified (Preferred - Not Required)
