About this job

We are currently seeking Construction Admins for clients in the Kansas City, KS area. The administrative assistant will be responsible for supporting the department/staff. Knowledge in all Microsoft programs is required. Duties will include:

  • Generating reports
  • Working in Excel
  • Handling phone calls
  • Coordinating meetings, etc.

This is a contract-to-hire position.

Associates degree highly preferred. 2-3 years of construction administrative experience required and must be proficient in all Microsoft programs
