Electrical Engineer - Full-time / Part-time

We are currently seeking anElectrical Engineer in Savannah, GA. This position involves performing electrical engineering and design for industrial, commercial, federal and institutional projects and may include the following functions:

• Prepare design criteria documents, calculations, drawings and specifications for electrical systems including power distribution, standby power, lighting, communications, fire alarm, security and various other special systems.
• Develop costs estimates for electrical systems.
• Serve as electrical engineer-of-record for design documents and reports covering electrical systems.
• Provide support during construction activities.
• Project assignments may include, although not limited to, universities/schools, medical facilities, federal buildings, commercial/industrial/manufacturing facilities and churches.

This is an excellent technical leadership position for a proficient engineer to influence production of engineering design for a reputable firm in Savannah, GA with immense growth opportunity.

Key Requirements include:

• BSEE required.
• Professional Engineering (P.E.) license with eligibility for reciprocity in other States preferred��
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit (preferable) and Microsoft Office products required.
• Must be proficient in application of the Natonal Electrical Code.
• Experience to include: facilities surveys, reports, feasibility studies, design, specifications, construction activity support and supervision of less experienced engineers.
• At least 5 years experience in engineering and design of building or infrastructure electrical systems including standby power, lighting, and special systems.
• Legally qualified to work in the United States.
