About this job

We provide a friendly professional atmosphere and we are seeking a well-organized, confident person for a Full Time Customer Service Position.

Tasks will be (but not limited to):
* Answering calls/emails from customers and provide prompt resolution to inquiries and complains/issues (defect, delay, etc)
* Reporting defects to the headquarters with pictures
* Coordinating returns with the warehouse (return forms to fill out, etc)
* Some administrative support (entering data/replacement delivery in our system)
* General office duties

The ideal candidate will possess:
- Great listening and communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem Solving Personality
- 40 hours a week availability (Monday through Friday - will finish at 7pm)

Compensation of 26 to 28K a year (depending on experience), if you're expecting more, please do not apply.
